Grandparents Workshop
There have been lots of changes in maternity and baby care over the years. This free online workshop will build on existing knowledge and update you on all the current guideline recommendations and the research behind them.
We focus mainly on the postnatal period and look at ways you can best support new parents. There will be lots of practical baby info too; including paced bottle feeding, safe sleep guidelines, sleep patterns and routines, and baby development.
These workshops are ideal for any family members or friends who will be supporting the new family.
