About the Event

Is your birth partner feeling nervous, worried or overwhelmed at what their role will be during your baby's birth?

Would you both like to be feel more prepared and confident? Would you want birth partners to be able to offer some really practical and helpful support during labour?

If you answered yes to these questions then this birth preparation workshop for mum AND birth partner could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

In this 2.5 hour interactive, practical and informative workshop, you’ll learn yoga based breathing techniques, movement sequences and positions for labour that can be used on the big day, during the early and established stages of labour, to help you remain calm, relaxed and as comfortable as possible. You’ll also practice yoga partner movement, positions for labour and birth supported by your partner and relaxation techniques. There will also be plenty of opportunity to mingle with other parents-to-be.

You DO NOT need to have practiced yoga before, we will show you all you need to know.

Sound good? Then why not join experienced antenatal educator, NCT teacher and mummy, Lisa (Birth and Baby Space) and Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher and mummy, Claire (YogiClaire) for this fun and practical couples class.
