Ideal for those with due dates around Sept 2022. Prepare to meet your baby by learning what to expect in labour and birth, and what you can do to make your birth a positive experience. Practice baby care (nappies, bathing etc) what to do with crying babies and find out about newborn baby sleep.

About the Event
Our group courses are for the pregnant person and their birth partner.

1 - Thursday 14th July 7-9.30pm
2 - Thursday 21st July 7-9.30pm
3 - Thursday 28th July 7-9.30pm
4 - Thursday 4th August 7-9.30pm
