About the Event
Suitable from birth until approx 8 months, baby massage is a gentle activity that strengthens the bond between parent and baby through touch and connection. It can help soothe colic, improve sleep patterns, support digestion, and promote relaxation for both baby and parents. During massage we sing songs and rhymes which encourages early communication, positive attachment and is very engaging for babies. It's also a wonderful opportunity for parents to build confidence in holding and handling their baby while enjoying calm, focused one-on-one time in a supportive environment.
Courses are a 4 week block of sessions where we build on what was learned the week before which means even if you miss a session we will cover what you missed the following session. Baby massage is taught on the floor for infant safety, comfortable mats are provided. You should bring along a baby blanket for your baby to lie on…
