I'm so happy to be working with award winning charity's across Glasgow and Lanarkshire.
I facilitate the Best Start baby cafe mornings with Healthy n Happy in Rutherglen, and deliver their baby massage courses too.
I also help run the Tots & Tea parents group with Birth, baby and Beyond at their new family centre in Anniesland.

Best start cafe coffee mornings
Come along to Healthy n Happy Best Start Café for parents & babies under 1 year old and will include tea, toast, snacks, chats and lots of support. There will also be small taster/play/learning opportunities for everyone.
Every Thursday 9.30-10.45am

Tots & Tea
Join us at our Family Centre in Anniesland for a cup of tea and some free structured sensory playtime for your little one, on Friday mornings 10am-12noon. (Start date TBC)
There's no need to book! Just come along and enjoy a lovely morning with other parents and children.
Parking is available outside our centre
Baby Change facilities are on site
Tea & Coffee free of charge (some biscuits too)
Fun sensory activities each week.
All completely free!
